Leadership is about problem-solving. Every historic leader had a series of major problems or mountains to climb. Leaders often defy their mountains and their mountains often define them.

This program delineates various aspects of effective problem-solving. It also emphasizes how leaders can approach problems with the right skill set, tool set, mindset that strengthen, and not weaken work teams.
